For example, GitHub Release [v2.36.0 |https://github.com/apache/beam/releases/tag/v2.36.0]links to [https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/v2.36.0/get-started/downloads/#2360-2022-02-07] as the "download page", but it seems broken.

 

The issue exists for older releases as well.
