[jira] [Created] (NETBEANS-2255) Bad comment in GIT Reset dialogue

Ulf Zibis created NETBEANS-2255:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Bad comment in GIT Reset dialogue
                 Key: NETBEANS-2255
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-2255
             Project: NetBeans
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: versioncontrol - Git
    Affects Versions: 10.0
         Environment: Ubuntu 18.04
            Reporter: Ulf Zibis
             Fix For: 10.0

In the GIT Reset Dialogue option -mixed is commented with "Modify working tree".
This is wrong, it should be "Modify/Update index tree", see:
https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Git-Tools-Reset-Demystified#_git_reset

Additionally it is irritating what the difference is between "Modify" and "Update".
