[DISCUSS] Time for 0.3.0 release?

Hi Everyone,
I'm interested in doing and 0.3.0 release soon. There are two motivations.
1) There have been important changes that have gone in over the last few
weeks: secure cluster support, HBase support, Hive support.
2) In order to complete the BigTop integration work we need a release
that produces RPMs.
There is however a show stopper bug that was found during the testing of
the HBase support.
Once this is fixed and pushed I would like to call for a vote.
Kevin.
