> The bootstrap script does not count for the default enabled cmake options, it assumes that the ENABLE_* options are OFF by default and only generates cmake command for an option if it is turned on explicitly. Because of this even when an option is set to be disabled in the bootstrap script, it will be built with the generated cmake command if that feature is set to be enabled by default.
