[jira] [Created] (TS-2131) Calling "make install" sets ${localstatedir} owner and group to "ats" user

Tomasz Kuzemko created TS-2131:
----------------------------------

Summary: Calling "make install" sets ${localstatedir} owner and group to "ats" user
                 Key: TS-2131
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-2131
             Project: Traffic Server
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Build
            Reporter: Tomasz Kuzemko

Calling make install sets ${localstatedir} owner and group to "ats" user.

As far as I can tell, trafficserver never writes to ${localstatedir} directly but only to it's subdirectories (log, run, cache). Therefore it is not necessary to change it's owner and group.
