[Issue 102401] When switching page layout from single page to book mode (2 pages) in Writer, Page no changes "heavily".

This issue also exists in AOO 4.1.0 RC2 German. (Win 7 Pro x64)

When being in "page view" (German: Seitenansicht) The "buttons" in the status
line don't work. (Perhaps better not to show them.)

But in the "Search menu bar" (German: "Ansicht, Symbolleisten, Suchen") the
dialog "Page view: multiple pages" (German: "Seitenansicht: Mehrere Seiten") is
OK.
