I have a utility I have deployed to a webserver running Apache 2. The utility
accepts details populated on a html form which is submitted and the values of
this form is used to run a ksh script. However, there are no values being
passed from the html form POST action. I have the exact same utility deployed
on 2 servers running Apache 1.3 and it works perfectly.

This type of question should first be addressed to a user-support forum such as
http://httpd.apache.org/userslist.html
since it is highly likely that you have a config problem and not a bug.
