Recent Tree2 updates

For those of you interested there have been several updates to tree2
in the past few days.  The highlights include the option to hide the
root node and the option to specify your own image and javascript
locations if you don't want to use the extensions filter (or if you
want to override/replace them.)  Also there has been a bug fix related
to the navigation rules when supplying a commandLink.
