Failed To set Permission issue in mahout installation on windows 7.

Hi

I have already installed *Cygwin* and *Hadoop-0.20.2 *on my windows system.
They are working perfectly. I have also installed *Apache Maven-3.1* . But
when I try to install* Apache mahout-0.7* core with command:

*mvn install* (in core directory)

I get errors like:

*Failed to set permissions of
path:\tmp\hadoopABHI1092\mapred\staging\ABHI1092-585984918\.staging to 0700

*
Please help me through this problem. Thanks in advance.
