[jira] Created: (TRINIDAD-924) Range Navigation on tr:table drops the "Show All" option when the number of options > 100

Range Navigation on tr:table drops the "Show All" option when the number of options > 100
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TRINIDAD-924
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD-924
             Project: MyFaces Trinidad
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Components
    Affects Versions: 1.0.5-core
Environment: Solaris 10 and Windows XP known. All major browsers.
            Reporter: bob hedlund
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 1.0.6-core

When a tr:table has range navigation, it allows the user to choose Show All option. But when the number of options exceeds 100, the show all option goes away. If there are say 800 total entries possible in a table, and the range navigation is set to show 5 at a time, the user must click the "next 5" button to page up above 500. If however, the range navigation shows 10 at a time, The "show all 800" option remains available.
