I haven't any RewriteRule / Redirect / RedirectMatch directives in my
apache2 config files.

I disabled even the rewrite apache2 module.

That's a rather bad idea, and I advise against it.

Instead, look for RewriteRule / Redirect / RedirectMatch directives in 
your config files.
