buildbot2 is not updating correctly
AFAICT BB2 is not picking up jobs correctly.
I have tried several times to trigger the attic job, without success.
Can someone investigate please?

Nor does pydoc.render_doc show the methods.
However, the file that is listed has the correct size.
What I think may be happening is that puppet has updated the source of
bbtoolbox, but buildbot itself has not been restarted, so the old
module is still in memory.
But I could be wrong.

Builds are finally working again.
However:
- failed builder updates due to syntax errors etc are not reported
anywhere AFAICT
- it looks like the update to bbtoolbox.py has not been propagated to
the buildbot boxes.

This is the output from python dir(bbtoolbox). It should show all the
entries in the module.
Note that there is no sign of the functions wasCodeTouched or buildExclusions.
