Upgrade cheat-sheet from beta2/3 to 1.0.0 official

Hi Guys,

Here's some quick instructions for changing from beta2/3 to the 1.0 official release.

- First, preserve/backup your conf/server.xml if you changed it
- If you want to keep your existing conf folder, remove conf/Catalina, conf/conf.d, conf/openejb.xml and copy all the new files over including the new tomee.xml
- Copy over all other folders from new distro
- Move your server.xml back into place and replace the OpenEjbListener line with <Listener className="org.apache.tomee.catalina.ServerListener" />
- Remove webapps/openejb (or webapps/tomee from beta3) and copy in webapps/tomee instead

New sexy TomEE admin app is at http://domain/tomee instead of http://domain/openejb
