Maven cvs build

Hello,

I am just trying to buidl the latest cvs code, but there are loads of build
errors. There is a stream of import errors, which looks like it may be due
to missing jars, such as Forehead, ..commons.grant, dom4j etc.

Is the checkin broken or am I doing something wrong?

Could you retry your build. Ibiblio repository  was down for backup. Now,
it's up.
