During cluster installation at Step 3: Confirm Hosts all hosts are checking for possible issues, e.g. to avoid cases when host was used earlier and not clear.
During that checking process ambari-server also detects User Issues: when users for Hadoop related services are still exist.
Problem is that users for Falcon, Storm and Tez services are not currently detected and as result are not removed by HostCleanup.py script.
