I think I can see:
- Create a org.apache.logging.log4j.core.pattern.ThreadIdPatternConverter
- Rename org.apache.logging.log4j.core.pattern.ThreadPatternConverter to org.apache.logging.log4j.core.pattern.ThreadNamePatternConverter
