Remove helix-front and helix-webadmin in codebase

Hi All,

I would like to raise this topic to see whether you have any concerns.
Currently, we already sunset these two module support. And it is time to
remove them from the codebase as a clean up.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

reduce the codebase complexity.
