1. Take a task that isnt there on the system, 
2. wrap a presetdef around it, 
3. invoke it
4. Observe the NPE on line 322 of Unknown element.

Example (for anyone without starteam)

  <target name="trouble">
    <presetdef name="crash">
      <starteam />
    </presetdef>
    <crash />
  </target>
