Team,

Just some initial thoughts:

- Any incoming soap message can be a trigger (Event Source)
- We need a synapse thingy for managing subscriptions and for sending
out notifications. There are 2 things here:
   - An endpoint for subscribers to sub/unsub
   - An endpoint where the Events Source can send events to.
- We also need a Event Sink thingy for reacting to events and taking
some action based on the events. It will need as a parameter an
endpoint for subscribing to messages.

There's a weather report / storm watch example here [1] worth a peek.

thanks,
dims
