Description:
When "retrofitting" existing code to act as a HiveMind service, it is often necesssary to use constructors to inject dependencies; it is also sometimes necessary to provide a null value as a constructor parameter.
BuilderFactory should have allow a <null> element, inside <construct>, to indicate a consturctor parameter that will be null.
