> The current RpcEndpoint extension to IsolatedRpcEndpoint always implies that it's thread-safe. However,  it's not explicit to developers. So people may mistakenly override the IsolatedRpcEndpoint#threadCount with more than 1 threadCount leading to the thread-safety broken.
