[ANN] Apache Karaf (runtime) 4.2.4 has been released!

The Apache Karaf team is pleased to announce Apache Karaf (runtime)
4.2.4 release!

Apache Karaf (runtime) 4.2.4 is a maintenance release on the 4.2.x
series. It brings improvements and bug fixes especially:

* fixes on created child instances
* improvements on the feature processing (blacklist)
* updated dependencies as Felix ConfigAdmin, ASM, ...
