Currently there is a Browse page, search page and a page to create new experiments. 

Lets merge all these three together and have just one page which lists all experiments; latest at top. Also have the search page functionality there.

Give a button to create experiments similar to Application Interface page.

Please share if any complications in doing this

We can have same flow for projects as well.
