[Bug 41214] Deadlock with RollingFileAppender

We are getting Stuck threads on Windows 2003 environment. We are using version
1.2.14 of log4j.

(self-tuning)' has been busy for "627" seconds working on the request "Http
Request: /NewsBroker/news.rss", which is more than the configured time
(StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds. Stack trace:

Is there any workaround for this issue?
