Not all entries in catalina.properties are correctly used by the classloaders

Summary: Not all entries in catalina.properties are correctly
                    used by the classloaders
           Product: Tomcat 5
           Version: 5.0.25
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: thorsten.kamann@planetes.de

In catalina.properties I can define path to use for the classloaders.
The entry ${catalina.home}/ext/lib/*.jar does work, bit if I want to add only
one special jar in combination of the placeholder ${catalina.home} or
${catalina.base} this doesn't work, eg:
${catalina.home}/ext/lib/test.jar

The resolution for this bug is in the attached patch.

Best regards
Thorsten
