   4.3.0-rc.1
   
   ### Steps to reproduce
   - 在折线图中使用axisPointer
   - 滑动axisPointer，当超出图表范围axisPointer消失
   
   ### What is expected?
   axisPointer在X轴水平移动。超过X轴边界的时候，固定在X轴的边界上。而不会消失
   
   ### What is actually happening?
   水平移动axisPointer，超过X轴 ，axisPointer会消失
