Current ApacheFlex 4.9.1 binary release is 68Mb, source is 49Mb. Neither are particularly large IMO.

Removing part that could be considerer optional from the source distribution eg mustella tests, sample themes and documentation is unlikely to have a major impact on the total size.

Removing the documentation for all locales other than say en_US may have some impact on total size but would complicate build and distribution process.

As the SDK can be build from the source I'd suggest only storing the source zip to save room.
