clean-page.xml still not working

Hi,

just a short note that even with the namespace declaration the
clean-page.xml (and my pages) are not working with any xalan version
higher than 0_19_3D01. Unfortunately that Xalan version produces other
errors, which the higher versions don't.

So, I'm stuck.
