We should include a GitHub ribbon in the header (like outlined https://maven.apache.org/skins/maven-fluido-skin/#GitHub_ribbons) to ease contributing PRs. Also an edit button should be enabled on all Doxia generated documentation pages via https://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-sitetools/doxia-decoration-model/decoration.html (edit element in the site.xml)
