futon test suite bug with oauth and other test suit errors.

if i run the test suite from my local browser to a remote server i get
this error in the oauth test:

# Assertion failed: xhr.status == expectedCode
# Assertion failed: xhr.status == expectedCode

running it "locally" over an ssh tunnel (ssh -L 5984:localhost:5984)
the test succeeds.


i'm also getting an error on the replication test, remotely and locally:
