    Resolution: Invalid

Hi Ariel,

Please report this problem first to our users@subversion.apache.org mailinglist, as indicated on http://subversion.apache.org/reporting-issues.html (you don't need to be subscribed to post to the list, see https://subversion.apache.org/mailing-lists.html#users-ml for instructions). There are more people there (users, administrators and developers) to help and give useful suggestions.

We try to reserve the issue tracker for confirmed bugs or feature requests that have been discussed on the mailinglist. Therefor I'm closing this issue as invalid (it can be reopened if necessary).

> Everything works great but there is a PC with windows 10 that consistently produces the error
> E175002: GET request returned unexpected delta base
> when updating and committing (no error with svn log command).
> The problem presents itself in that PC both in cygwin command mode and in tortoise GUI mode.
> *In same PC, when antivirus "WebRoot" is disabled, the error is disappears, and reappears when the antivirus is reactivated.*
> This is the one PC using that particular antivirus.
> No other interference detected for either subversion or tortoisesvn or for the antivirus in this PC.
