Upgrading From to 2.0

I was wondering if Anyone has experience in upgrading from 1.3.23 ( RH
7.2 RPM) to the new Apache2
 
Ifso Can someone let me know what Ihave to do.. in order to keep my
exiting Config and Websites working?

Yeah. Back up your httpd.conf. In Redhat, it should be 
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf. That should do it. If the install of
  2.0.x creates a new httpd.conf, just move in the config stuff that you

changed from the defaults in your backed up httpd.conf.

Yeah. Back up your httpd.conf. In Redhat, it should be
