A patch from Ankit Jain "Security issue in update store payment setting." https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-2395 - OFBIZ-2395
Steps:
1) Go to catalog > Stores > Select OFBiz E-Commerce Store
2) Click on Payment tab.
Now there are two options. Error come only with one of them.
Option 1: Edit any Payment Method. Submit the form at the bottom. Now click on NEXT link, you will see the error.
Option 2: Click on NEXT link, no errors.
