[C2] PhpGenerator won't compile

Due to recent changes in the Cocoon Environment classes (e.g. Response,
Request, etc.), the PhpGenerator will no longer compile. The reason?
You cannot cast a Request or Response to an HttpServletRequest or
HttpServletResponse.

We either need to ensure the http environment implementations implement
the needed interfaces (there are some missing methods...), or find a
way to rework the PhpGenerator.

The way PhpGenerator works, it acts as a serrugate ServletEngine for the
PHP servlet and converts the response to XML SAX events.

I fixed the PhpGenerator - now it compiles again.
Can anyone please test if it works and give back a status report.

Thanks,
