Update: Release 2.0.0-alpha

Just a heads up:

We are in the "final stages" for preparing a 2.0.0-alpha release, we 
just need to get Y! to send a letter granting the ASF the rights to use 
the "Traffic Server" name for this release. As soon as that is done, I 
will begin the process of preparing the tar ball, and start the voting 
process.
