[general][testing] new projects were added to CC/CI

Hello everyone,
some time ago new projects were added to the CC system (locally).
These projects are:
 - build of Harmony HDK by RI;
 - build of Harmony HDK by Harmony HDK;
 - run of jdktools_tests;
 - run the Tomcat over HDK.

Statuses of these projects available on CC status page:
http://www.harmonytest.org/upload/cc.html

Notifications from these projects are sending send to me.

Note, we should fix 2 bugs to enable these projects (now workarounds
were implemented):
HARMONY-3347  [classlib] [io] ant exec.redirector is unstable while
works on HDK
HARMONY-3404  [drlvm][testing] Tomcat application is OK to start but
failed on shutdown on WinXP
