[jira] Resolved: (QPID-2512) Change Default Destination Syntax to ADDR (addressing)

Rajith Attapattu resolved QPID-2512.
------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

This change has been made and for the 0.8 (0.7 dev) release the default addressing syntax will be the new addressing mechanism.
When upgrading existing applications using the older syntax needs to use -Dqpid.dest_syntax=BURL to switch the default.

> Currently the default destination syntax is BURL (Binding URL)
> As discussed on the dev list, we should change to the default to ADDR from the 0.7 release.
> However if one needs to use the old binding URL syntax, it can be easily done by
> 1. Prefixing the string with "BURL:"
> 2. Overriding the default using -Dqpid.dest_syntax=BURL
