   ### What happened
   
   A Slack user using Azure MySQL cannot connect to the database because their username - by Azure requirements - must have the format "pocAdmin@username". The "@" sign causes [u.User.String()](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/blob/cee7697606aa81d3c330769fe0834ee08816af5c/backend/core/runner/db.go#L88) to decode it into "%##" characters. 
   
   ### What do you expect to happen
   
   The user credentials should resolve into "<user:password>" without any altered characters.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Create a MySQL database with a username and/or password containing @. "!" also breaks it.
