   ### Description
   
   In the application scenario, some users mentioned that it is possible to reset the current offset of the consumer group by giving the offset storage time. After all, we can now query the historical offset through admin_get_group_history_offset, and then reset the offset through admin_set_offset
   
   From the analysis point of view, this demand is reasonable, and this issue is raised for improvement
