   This upgrades OpenDAL's direct RustCrypto digest/hash dependencies to the current digest 0.11 family, including md-5 0.11, hmac 0.13, sha1 0.11, and sha2 0.11.
   
   # What changes are included in this PR?
   
   Direct Rust/Cargo dependencies are updated across core, affected services, testkit, and dev tooling. The code is adjusted for the hmac 0.13 KeyInit import, explicit hex encoding for digest outputs, and the dev release checksum path now feeds Sha512 via Digest::update.
   
   # Are there any user-facing changes?
   
   No.
