eg, in the hello world app:

[http://localhost:8080/wicket/entity/hello.HelloWorlds:1]

gives a stack trace ... should instead be a graceful error.

and for a non-existent entity, eg

[http://localhost:8080/wicket/entity/hello.HelloWorldObject:2]

the message could be more user friendly, and shows an exception when it isn't really an exception at all:
