   添加一个新接口后在win10下能正常启动，拷贝到linux下运行服务无法注册。是什么原因？
   
   异常信息：
   2019-10-10  07:24:20.704 [main] ERROR org.apache.servicecomb.serviceregistry.task.MicroserviceRegisterTask - Registry microservice failed. appId=[test], name=[test1], version=[1.0.0], env=[development]
