[Bug 56057] JMeter does not create ApacheJMeterTemporaryRootCA.crt when starting a recording

Hi,

Facing similar issue, have added certificated in my browser (firefox) as per
instructions mentioned under "Installing the JMeter CA certificate for HTTPS
recording" section of
"http://jmeter.apache.org/usermanual/component_reference.html#HTTP%28S%29_Test_Script_Recorder"
link.

but still facing similar pop-up message when click on 'start' button under
"HTTP(S) Test Script Recorder" section under workbench.

Please revert ASAP.
