New xslt20-compiled branch

Hello,

Anybody monitoring the xalan-cvs mailing list might have noticed that
I've created a new xslt20-compiled branch in the CVS repository. I did
only the minimum amount of work required to create the branch.

I removed the components that are specific to Xalan-J Interpretive,
and made XSLTC the default processor.

I left the org.apache.xalan.trace package in place in the source
tree, but it's not included as part of the build. I figured that it's
something we'll eventually want to support in XSLTC, but I didn't spend
the time to figure out which pieces might be needed.

Similarly, in the xml-xalan/test/build.xml, I disabled building those
parts of the test harness that test functionality that's specific to
Xalan-J Interpretive. I didn't want to delete them, under the assumption
that we'll add support for many of those features to XSLTC.

Just as with the MAIN branch, you can run Smoketest on the new branch
using the smoketest.xsltc target, and the full conformance and accept
buckets using the alltest.conf.xsltc and alltest.accept.xsltc targets,
respectively.

I didn't touch the samples at all, nor any of the documentation. I
haven't looked at removing build targets that woun't be needed. There's
plenty of clean-up needed, that we can work on gradually. Anybody's
welcome to help out. :-)

For the most part, the source for XSLTC on the MAIN branch is
identical to the source on the new branch. Please remember to apply any
fixes to both branches.

Thanks,

Henry
