The incubator-hawq-docs repo includes a sample book configuration (hawq-docs) for producing HTML.  Unfortunately, this configuration directory causes problems with the latest middleman that will be used in an upcoming bookbinder release, so it needs to be moved.  

We can probably get away with putting it in a separate branch for now.
