We have made some modifications and bugfixes to the code which originally came 
from us, which we like to submit to the community. 

We have made a unified diff and also a textual description of the changes. 
But as it seems bugzilla cannot handle that much data in this description 
field, so I am not sure how I can attacht the patch to this bug report...

So I'll try to commit this anyway, let's see if there is a way of attaching 
once the report is committed...
