[PR] [SPARK-48563][BUILD] Upgrade `pickle` to 1.5 [spark]

### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This pr aims upgrade `pickle` from 1.3 to 1.5.
### Why are the changes needed?
The new version include a new fix related to [empty bytes object construction](https://github.com/irmen/pickle/commit/badc8fe08c9e47b87df66b8a16c67010e3614e35)
All changes from 1.3 to 1.5 are as follows:
