@ebarboni , @geertjanw Take a look at https://github.com/errael/javafx-maven-archetypes-netbeans. This PR is based on that. It incorporates all the latest changes including https://github.com/openjfx/javafx-maven-archetypes/pull/8 and .test.sh passes.
