[ISSUE #11278] fix(docs): correct invalid JVM options in cn Configuration_System.md

The broker JVM options in docs/cn/Configuration_System.md were missing the
":" after -XX (e.g. -XXMaxDirectMemorySize=15g, -XX+AlwaysPreTouch) and the
-Xloggc example lost its colon and path separators, so every option copied
from the page fails with "Unrecognized option". Align them with
docs/en/Configuration_System.md and distribution/bin/runbroker.sh.
