jenkins builders offline

Hi all,

Looks like we have 5 builders off line: http://ci.trafficserver.apache.org/computer/. What do we need to do to kick these? Is there a way to alert when we lose a builder?

hmm, I was hoping to close TS-1695, but it looks like that is FreeBSD 10

Ah, thanks. We should have a FreeBSD builder in there though ...

They simply don't exist. This is why I've been asking to not put in 
"placeholders" into the system, if it's not expected to run / build / do 
something useful, we shouldn't have it in there.
